1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the use of zabavnotosemeistvo.com (the "Site") and ordering goods from it. By browsing the Site and by sending an order you accept these Terms.
1.2. The Site is owned by MILF Ltd. (in Bulgarian: „МИЛФ“ ЕООД), UIC 207430152, registered office: 14 Yana Yazova St., 1700 Sofia, Bulgaria ("the Company", "we"). Phone: +359 888 442 700, email: hungrynia@gmail.com.
1.3. Browsing the Site is free. No account is needed to order.
1.4. Prices on the Site are in euros and are final. Delivery is not included (see 3.3).
2. Ordering
2.1. You can order the books shown in the "Shop" section. There are two kinds:
- printed books (e.g. "Nothing to Fear"), delivered by Econt within Bulgaria;
- e-books (e.g. "Lara"), which exist only as a file (PDF) and are not printed. You receive them by email.
Both books are in Bulgarian.
2.2. To order, choose the book and the quantity, fill in the order form (name and email; for a printed book also a phone number and an Econt office or address), read these Terms and press "Place order".
2.3. Sending the form is a request to buy. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the order. The contract is concluded with that confirmation.
2.4. If a book turns out to be out of stock, we will let you know and will not ship anything.
3. Printed books: delivery and payment
3.1. We deliver only within Bulgaria, only with the courier company Econt, to an Econt office or to an address you give us.
3.2. Payment is by cash on delivery only: you pay the courier in cash or by card when you receive the parcel. We do not accept card payments on the Site and do not store card data.
3.3. The delivery price is shown on the book's page and in the order form (separately for delivery to an office and to an address) and includes the cash on delivery (postal money order) fee. If no price is shown there, delivery is charged at Econt's rates and the cash on delivery fee is also paid by you. Either way, you pay for delivery together with the cash on delivery amount.
3.4. We ship within 5 working days of confirming the order. Econt will send you an SMS or email with the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
3.5. The postal money order receipt you get from Econt proves the payment. Keep it if you decide to return the book. If you need an invoice, email us at hungrynia@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the book.
3.6. Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If it was damaged in transit, refuse it and ask the courier for a damage report. Write to us and we will send you a new book.
4. E-books: payment and delivery
4.1. E-books are paid by bank transfer only. Once we receive your order, we will email you the amount, the bank account and the payment reference.
4.2. We send the file (PDF) to your email within 2 working days of the transfer reaching our account. If no transfer arrives within 7 days, the order is cancelled.
4.3. The file is for personal use. You may not resell, distribute or publish it.
4.4. By ordering an e-book you expressly agree to receive it before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the file is sent (Art. 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). If the file does not open or is damaged, write to us and we will send you a new one.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns of printed books
5.1. You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you received the book.
5.2. To do so, tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by email to hungrynia@gmail.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
5.3. You must return the book no later than 14 days after telling us. You bear the cost of returning it. The book must be in the condition in which you received it.
5.4. We will refund the amount paid, including the initial delivery up to the cheapest option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the book or proof that you have sent it.

6. Complaints
6.1. If a printed book is defective (missing or damaged pages, printing errors), you are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee from the date of receipt.
6.2. Write to us at hungrynia@gmail.com with a description and a photo. We will reply within 14 days and send you a new book or refund you.
7. Content and copyright
7.1. The texts, photos and other content on the Site belong to MILF Ltd. or to their respective authors and are protected by copyright law.
7.2. Reproducing the content in whole or in part is allowed only with the Company's written consent. Quoting with a credit and a link to the Site is allowed.
8. Personal data
8.1. We use the data from the order form (name, email, and for a printed book phone and office or address) only to fulfil the order. For printed books we pass them to Econt for delivery. Details are in the Privacy policy.
9. Disputes
9.1. For disputes we cannot settle between us, you may turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or to a sectoral conciliation commission. Bulgarian law applies.
10. Changes
10.1. We may change these Terms. Each order is governed by the Terms published on the day it was sent.
This is a translation; in case of difference the Bulgarian text prevails.
